Does anyone have experience with an AI receptionist?  In this era, these should replace answering services and certainly answering machines.  I'd love to hear if anyone has used one and how the costs compare with live servics.

I started with GoTo - completely do not recommend. It was "sterile" for about 3 months; people were talking with AI, and no emails or output came to me, so don't use GoTo. Currently on Symplast CRM with an AI receptionist; not bad overall. Takes the call if no one answers or after hours.
