    43f presents with seroma 6 months post explant (textured 410s) and partial capsulectomy. Cytology repeated; no ALCL. Can't get doxycycline for sclerosant.  Any other suggestions?

    It is not likely that this is a late onset seroma presenting after six months, but rather a slowly and steadily building seroma over that period of time. If that is the case, I would explore the area and remove the lining of the seroma to avoid recurrence. It would be a pretty straightforward procedure and more likely to be successful than attempts to sclerose the pocket in my opinion.
