I have used the cordless Ronin headlamp from Ronin Surgical for about 12 years; just purchased their newest version of it, the X6.
It's very lightweight and adjustable, and comes with extra battery packs that you can hot-swap in the cradle that clips to your waistband. There's a charging stand that holds two battery packs. At maximal brightness, which I rarely use as it's a very bright lamp, one battery charge (the smaller/lighter battery) lasts 2.5-3 hours. I've become so accustomed to it that I rarely feel the need to use a lighted retractor. There's a larger, longer-lasting battery pack but it's heavier than I am comfortable with on my waistband.
Emailed our accounting team regarding the amount we paid for it last year, which was $4,047.32 incl tax.

I have and use Enova as well- it's great. I would recommend getting the small one because the larger one is too heavy.
